CALL FOR ENTRIES
into an open juried Photography exhibit 

EXHIBIT DATES:  July 19, 2015 (Opening Reception) – December 2015

EXHIBIT THEME AND PREMISE:  “Jewish Journeys” The goal of the exhibit is to display your best photos of Global Travel which have some sort of Jewish content or theme and that reflect your Jewish perspective as you travel the world.  We are open to your personal interpretations and vision.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  Tuesday, June 23, 2015

No registrations will be accepted after this date.
            Your registration is not complete until we have received BOTH your Registration form and payment. 

SUBMISSIONS:  

·         In person:  Photographs will be reviewed for selection in person on either Sunday, JUNE 28 or Tuesday evening, JUNE 30, 2015.  When your registration is received you will be notified of your jury date and time.

·         Electronic submission:  

If you are submitting electronically, photos must be received at the Museum’s email photos@jhmomc.org  no later than June 23, 2015 (at the time of completed registration). 

DIVISIONS:  Professional, Amateur and Student. Open to all photographers.

RECEIVING DAY:  July 9, 2015

AWARDS:  There will a Best in Show prize award in each division.  In addition, there will be First Place, Second Place and Third Place recognition awards.  These will be determined by a panel of photography jurors (to be announced).

OPENING RECEPTION:  

The Museum will host an opening on Sunday, July 19, 2015 from 1:30pm to 4:00pm.  All exhibiting photographers will be guests of the Museum at this event.

The Jewish Heritage Museum is a registered 501 (c)(3)  not for profit organization and is handicapped accessible.
