Vyacheslav Gryaznov is one of the most accomplished and sought-after musicians among the new generation of Russian pianists. He is an artist of Moscow Philharmonic Society and a member of its key Stars of the 21st Century project. He has also cooperated with such major companies as the NHK Japanese Broadcasting Corporation (a project comprising some 30 recitals, CD, and video recordings), the Melodiya record label, and Radio Orpheus. The pianist’s own enterprises include the educational and charitable project “To Rachmaninov and His Beloved Ivanovka” and the Piano-Duo Festival in Yekaterinburg.

He has won numerous awards in prestigious international competitions, including six First and Grand prizes. He has received prizes and scholarships from the Vladimir Spivakov, Yuri Bashmet, and Mstislav Rostropovich foundations (Neuhaus Grant) and been awarded the Yamaha Scholarship. Gryaznov’s concerts have taken him to France, Italy, Denmark, the UK, Croatia, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Georgia, Armenia, Poland, the Baltic states, Africa, across Japan, and throughout Russia.

Gryaznov is also known as the composer of numerous concert transcriptions which have become popular all over the world. In 2014 he signed a contract with Schott Music, the leading publisher of classical and contemporary music.
