The Jewish Heritage Museum Offers Holiday Boutique
The Jewish Heritage Museum of Monmouth County is pleased to offer a Holiday Boutique on Sunday, November 22, 2015, from 11-3 PM. The Museum has acquired over 20 vintage American mah jong sets from the 1940s-1970s, which are now being made available for purchase! The sets in original cases may include tiles that are white or colored, or made of Bakelite, and include racks and dice. Proceeds from the sets will benefit the Museum. There will also be an opportunity to meet local author, Dawn Wilensky and purchase signed copies of her book No Ordinary Yarmulke. In addition, jewelry, artwork, hand painted silk scarves, handcrafted note cards, Judaica from The Tallit Corner, and more will be available from local crafters and other vendors. Come and shop for that special gift, or the mah jong set you’ve been thinking about owning!
Admission is free and refreshments will be provided.
For more information, call the Museum at 732-252-6990, or visit www.jhmomc.org.
